President Garfield was able to write in two languages simultaneously!
No matter whether you like them or not, they have to be smart to make it to where they were. Some were smarter than others though. President Garfield, for example, was particularly sharp.
Garfield, the 20th President of the United States, served from beginning in March 1881. He could speak multiple languages and excelled in Greek and Latin.
He was also the first ambidextrous president. These two alone are impressive talents. Combine them, and they're even more amazing.
He could write in Greek and Latin simultaneously. He would write in Greek with one hand and Latin with the other. That skill might not stop wars, but it's still pretty cool.
