The animated show 'South Park' is wildly popular among certain TV viewers.
One of its many hilarious characters is that of Chef. Chef ("Jerome McElroy") works in the school cafeteria at the main characters' elementary school. He was voiced by real-life soul singer Isaac Hayes until his death in 2008. He was sought out many times by the kids for bits of wisdom, and they highly valued whatever feedback he gave them.
Dedicated fans of the series had noticed something peculiar about the character Chef for the first seven years: he was always facing the front, even when leaving a scene. The only exception was the pilot episode.
It wasn't until season eight that the animators got around to drawing a side shot of Chef, according to a commentary available on YouTube. After questioning the status quo, it was agreed that a side view should be made.
