As puppies, Seeing Eye dogs are trained to go on command. The command words will vary, but the point is made. These wonderful dogs are trained to go when told, as well as to not freak out if they are touched while doing their business. Because of this, the owners will know exactly where to find the excrement from their dogs.
As well as being able to “go” on command, Seeing Eye dogs help the blind maneuver through every day life, while serving as both protector and companion of their owner.
