A German writer predicted parts of the Holocaust!

Heinrich Heine was one of the most significant German poets of the 19th century. He was also a journalist, essayist, and literary critic. He is best known outside Germany for his early lyric poetry.
Before they did some of their most heinous crimes, Nazis started burning books.
The Nazis didn’t burn just any books, they burned the books of Jews, communists, socialists, and what they considered “degenerates.”
In the 19th Century Heinrich Heine once wrote that "Where one burns books, there one will also burn people." His works were later burned under Hitler's rule, a rule where millions of innocent people were burned to death.
