Napoleon always wore poison around his neck in case he got defeated!

Napoleon Bonaparte was a French military and political leader who almost took power all over Europe. He led a successful invasion of the Italian peninsula among many other victories in other countries.
Napoleon was in fact a genius when it came to war strategies and leading the country, it was said he had an acute sense of smell and that he was a workaholic who would sleep for only three or four hours a night.
He also had some odd war strategies, sometimes, these would turn against him. Napoleon wore a packet of poison on a cord around his neck. When he finally went to use it in 1814, it had lost it's potency and only succeeded in making him violently ill.
