They Weren't Using Part Of Their Deck, So They Did THIS With It

When Redditor goclemsontigers99 and his wife looked at their patio, they saw a space that could use much improvement. Instead of lifting up all the boards and making a boring old patio all over again, they decided to build something impressive — an outdoor kitchen. After weeks of planning, research, and development, the budding builder started his project completely from scratch, ultimately creating the backyard that dreams are made of.

First, a U-frame was formed to create the basic shape of the outdoor kitchen.

The foundation for a bar and a footstool were soon added.

Cement boards were also installed to create surfaces.

A hole was cut to make room for an ice chest.

Once the boards were all placed, it was time to see if the centerpiece worked with the space…

The grill fits like a glove!

Next, tile was added to create a premium, polished look.

And what kitchen is complete without a beautiful backsplash?

The kitchen in progress, after paint, stucco, and the addition of an ice chest.

It was finally time to cover up those openings with some stainless steel doors.

This smoker Egg was the icing on the barbecue cake.

This outdoor kitchen looks better than my regular kitchen. It also has a grill and a smoker. What more could you want out of life?
