If you’ve ever wanted a tattoo but couldn’t decide on what to permanently ink on your body, you’re in luck. Tyler and Braden Handley, two entrepreneurs who have shared your struggle, recently developed a new tattoo that disappears long before you can regret it.
Called Inkbox, the brothers’ invention allows people to experiment with a temporary, two-week solution to this problem. Using Kickstarter, they aim to broaden their reach with Inkbox. Their ultimate goal is to grant aspiring tattoo enthusiasts the ability to run wild with their imaginative designs.
Inkbox uses an organic, fruit-based concentrate to create their unique ink.
All you have to do is choose your design, place the tattoo wherever you want, and press it down with a damp cloth.
After peeling the sheet away, your new ink will develop over the course of about 24 hours.
The awesome designs will stay on your skin for a maximum of two weeks.
They developed this technique after being unable to commit to tattoo designs of their own.
With Inkbox, you don’t have to worry about the permanence of your decision. It will wash away before becoming an issue!

The Handleys are currently in the midst of a Kickstarter campaign to raise enough money to create an online destination for custom Inkbox designs. The brothers also plan on donating proceeds from Inkbox purchases to the Darien Initiative, which supports tribes in Panama that have used this fruit-based ink for centuries.
