Whenever a person loses a significant amount of weight, there’s grounds for celebration. But one forgotten side effect of slimming down is the excess skin that’s left behind after doing so.
See, when you gain weight, your skin has to stretch out to compensate. When you lose that weight quickly, your body doesn’t have time to tighten everything up in the process. That’s exactly what happened to this man after he lost nearly 300 pounds.
He weighed 420 pounds at his peak in 2008.
