Most dance recitals are pretty lame. I mean, I guess when you have a kid in the recital, it carries special meaning and all that junk. But when you go back and watch the tape, you’ll notice that the kids rarely stick to the choreography. It can honestly end up looking like a hodgepodge of disorganized tykes flailing their limbs around on a stage (otherwise known as modern dance).
