Once you rescue a dog, you are forever connected to that animal. You share a special bond that can’t be broken or replaced. Even if you are separated for a while, that bond will be rekindled once you and your companion are in the same room together again.
Just ask Frank — a dog who was shot 5 times and left for dead — and Officer Russell Harper, the cop who rescued him. Frank needed multiple surgeries to stay alive, and still needs a few more. That being said, he’s clearly alive and well.

“Reunited”. Humane officer reunited with “Frank” dog that was shot 5 times and left for dead. Please share this everywhere Justice Rescue Humane Police agency received an emergency call that a dog was shot multiple times and left to die in Chester City Pa. Officer Russell Harper responded within minutes after getting the call. Chester City police were on scene helping Frank. Officer Harper rushed the dog they named (Frank) after st Francis to the emergency vet hospital. Frank under went immediate surgery for hours with no one knowing if he would make it. Stories like this don’t come around often, but when they do, you have to appreciate them. This cop saved a dog’s life, and they are now forever connected. I don’t think they’d have it any other way.
