You may remember Kale Chips from a while back — an obese Beagle in Chicago starting on the road to a better life. He was so heavy that his rescuers at One Tail at a Time Dog Rescue had to wheel him into the hospital in a wagon. He was so heavy he couldn’t even walk. While it hasn’t been easy, Kale Chips is now halfway through his journey to recovery, and it’s incredible to see what an improvement he’s already made!
