A Catalán Christmas tradition involves a Gift-Pooping log of wood!
Called To de Nadal, this is one of the most unique Christmas traditions around.
On December 8th, a log of wood is given a face and a blanket to keep warm. Every night, the kids give the log food, which is eaten overnight.
On Christmas day, the kids then go and beat the log with a stick, singing, asking for it to poop.
When the song is done, the blanket is removed and there kids receive presents which have been pooped out by the log!
