A dad was ruled unfit because he DIDN'T take his son to McDonald's!

A New York dad is fighting back against allegations that he is an unfit father. A New York court-appointed psychiatrist ruled him unfit in part because he refused to take his son to the Golden Arches.

The man is in the middle of a custody battle. His son, age 4, threw a temper tantrum asking to go to McDonald’s. The dad said no. He told him he could have dinner anywhere else or skip the meal.

The kid said he’d skip the meal and went and told his dad. The court appointed psychiatrist called the man “wholly incapable of taking care of his son,” and that he should be denied weekend visitations.
