Instead of crumbling, George turned his disability to his advantage. Turning to computer technology to help, he created “The World Through My Eyes” series.

“Following the loss of most of my vision, I began to explore this medium as a means to express the world through my damaged sight,” Redhawk told Graphic Art News. “My art is designed with the idea to challenge and in some cases, disturb the visual sense of ‘order’, very much in the same way that my vision has become a constant challenge to me.”

Designed to show people what the world looks like through his eyes, George has created an amazing visual spectacle – all whilst being legally blind.

For a man who is legally blind (a person is considered to be legally blind if he or she has a best corrected vision of 20/200 in their best seeing eye), these GIFs really are amazing.
