Japan requires drivers with special needs to carry a badge on their car!

Japan is an island nation in East Asia. Located in the Pacific Ocean, it lies to the east of the Sea of Japan, China, North Korea, South Korea and Russia, stretching from the Sea of Okhotsk in the north to the East China Sea and Taiwan in the south. The characters that make up Japan's name mean "sun-origin", which is why Japan is sometimes referred to as the "Land of the Rising Sun".

Japan has the world's tenth-largest population, with over 126 million people. Since most of these people are frequent drivers, most of them require having a badge visible on their cars that will help other divers recognize their special needs.

Japan requires identifying badges on cars for new drivers, elderly, handicapped, and hearing impaired, this way other drivers will know that other drivers around the country might need a little bit of your patience when driving.
