Kim Kardashian has finally managed to ‘break the internet’ and this time it’s for real. So many people are downloading her new Emoji App that the Appstore couldn’t cope with the traffic and shut down!

But this isn’t the main story here – each person who is downloading the 250 Kim-related icons is paying $1.99 for the privilege. At one point on Monday 9,000 people a second were downloading the app. That means that it was grossing almost $1 million every minute! Every download is pure profit as I can’t imagine the build cost was very high. I would imagine Kim is having an extra special Christmas this year.

But not everyone is so delighted. It would seem that Kim has some pretty disgruntled customers who are not happy with the app. Lots of people have taken to twitter to complain about it not working properly:

I don’t expect Kim is too bothered. It must be delightful to watch the money role in. I wonder what North and Saint will be getting for Christmas this year? At this rate the West family would be able to buy the whole of Lap Land as well as a couple of Caribbean Islands.
