Badass Judge Just Used Taylor Swift Lyrics To Dismiss A Case Against Swifty

You have probably never heard of Gail Standish until today, but you will never forget her after this. The United States District Court judge has just become an internet hit with not just the Swifties of the world, the whole web loves her.

Standish recently dismissed musician Jessie Braham’s copyright lawsuit against the singer – he was attempting to sue Tay-Tay for allegedly pinching lyrics from his own song, “Haters Gone Hate,” for her smash-hit “Shake It Off” – the way in which she did so is probably the best thing you’ll see all day.

Take. A. Bow.

I imagine Swifty was pretty happy with the way Standish ousted his complaint, she obviously knew Braham was trouble when he walked in.

In other T-Swizzle news, the chart topping soloist performed “Smelly Cat” with Lisa Kudrow, aka. Phoebe, live on stage. It goes without saying that it was amazing and everyone is freaking out.
