Car chases are usually high-octane, drama-filled affairs. The ideal outcome for citizens and police is that the perp is caught.
But this woman made the chase pretty entertaining. The cops were hot on her tail because she was accused of theft, but in the middle of her car chase, she took a step outside the car to do something very peculiar.
