Chevy Chase avoided the draft by saying he was gay!

Chevy Chase has been taking a lot of heat lately by fans of the television sitcom "Community", because he has thrown many temper tantrums on set and has now decided to leave the show, after getting the creator of the show, Dan Harmon, fired.

Well, here's another thing that people can start picking on Chevy Chase for: He claimed he had homosexual tendencies to the military draft board, so he was unfit to serve in the military. His excuse actually made it so he didn't have to serve in the military! Of course, the claims Chevy Chase made were false, and he said that he also told the military draft board a few other things so they wouldn't recruit him!
