Sometimes, film makers will go to great lengths in order to imbue their films with a level of authenticity that they feel is required to convey their vision. While EuroTrip may not seem like a movie with any kind of vision at all, the entire thing was shot in Prague!

Made in 2000, EuroTrip tells the story of a young man named Scott traveling all over Europe in order to find his pen-pal that he has fallen in love with. In the movie, he travels to Paris, London, Berlin, Rome, Amsterdam and Bratislava. Amazingly, every single one of those exotic locations was played by the city of Prague—even the scenes set in Scott's home of Ohio!

While some filmmakers go to great lengths to achieve authenticity, that's probably not what was happening here. Prague was chosen because of the relative strength of the dollar in the Czech Republic and the cheap cost of filming.
