When is it time to give up on your craft of film producing? Is it after failing to release a critically successful movie after 10 attempts? 20? Well that never stopped Adam Sandler's Happy Madison Productions from releasing many movies each year, none of them getting higher than a 68 on Rotten Tomatoes.

Critics may not be fans of Adam Sandler and crew's sense of humor and film making, but it sure has struck a chord with movie goers. Most of the films have grossed well over $100 million and have become very profitable. The highest grossing movie was “Grown Ups,” making a whopping $271.4 million, and getting completely panned with a 10% rating on Rotten Tomatoes. Critics tried to warn movie fans about the sequel with a 7% rating, but that still brought in $243.6 million.

The highest rated Happy Maddison movie was Funny People in 2009 which only made $71.5 million, losing about $4 million. Four of the movies manage to get some awards for the lowest rated movies of all time, scoring less than 3. “The Master of Disguise” scored a 1, “Jack and Jill” scored a 3, and “Bucky Larson: Born to Be a Star” and “Strange Wilderness” both scored a whopping 0. Keep trying guys!
